Financial Information
Our friendly staff is happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. However, your estimated payment portion is due when services are rendered. For patients without dental insurance, payment is due in full when services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are Check, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Care Credit, and Personal Finance.
Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Whether you’re looking to schedule a regular cleaning or a special procedure, our caring staff is here to help. Contact us today and we’ll set up an appointment for a day and time that is convenient for you.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice. This will allow us to offer another patient that slot, reducing costs and wait times. Cancelling your appointment without sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
